Pictures4Fun.com is a free online service for haveing fun with your photos and you can have your face plastered on the cover of magazines, on street displays and also on different types of frames.
Just upload the picture and pick the intended effect .It is as easy as that. Supported formats include PEG (JPG), GIF and PNG. And note that the image should not exceed 8 MB. Other than that, it is a mere matter of picking the right image for the right context and getting ready to have some fun.
