ScribblerToo is an interesting online procedural drawing tool.ScribblerToo works by taking simple vector-input (in this case your drawing) and creates intense scribbles on top of your drawing. This adds a dramatic effect to sketches that can only be possible if you are an experienced sketcher. ScribblerToo essentially allows you to collaborate with the “scribbler” to create beautiful sketches.

Wonderful application. Even Harmony works in a similar manner. Only difference is, we can't add a photo to scribble on.
